Program Overview
An Executive MBA program provides an opportunity for professionals to obtain a Master’s
degree in Business Administration on a schedule that minimizes disruption of work
and personal pursuits. The two year E-MBA program will meet the increasing demand
for advanced business education which will not only combine text book learning with
case study methodology but will expose students to an environment which will facilitate
development of there conceptual skills as well as personal growth. This program
is designed for those who want to continue working while earning a degree qualification.
It builds on the strengths of our full-time MBA program, and offers rigorous studies.

This Executive MBA (EMBA) program will equip motivated and dedicated mid-career
professionals who are ambitious to take up senior influential positions in organizations
with a blend of core knowledge of business and management principles
It will help enhance business and management knowledge from the ground up via core
courses that refresh student’s existing skills and understanding of key topics.
This program covers extensiveness of knowledge across every discipline of business
and management and would develop transferable skills.
The Executive MBA program will equip and develop strong management and interpersonal
skills with the sound technical knowledge-base, required in today's dynamic business
environment. Courses in the EMBA program are designed to introduce students to the
various areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, management, human
resources, operations management, etc. The program is designed to offer flexibility
with choices of electives, concentrations and projects.
The EMBA will offer much more than business fundamentals in a collaborative
environment. The participants will learn new ways to think about the problems, and
will gain the resources to help solve them.
The EMBA program graduates will have gained the analytical skills, understanding,
and the know-how to create and implement strategy at all levels in an organization.
By the end of program, the students will feel comfortable taking up leadership and
decision making roles to work across disciplines and cultures to manage change,
develop creative solutions to problems and improve performance and be innovative.
The students take their learning back into the workplace - immediately
and practically.
Program Structure
The EMBA program comprises of 16 taught courses that form foundations of main management
areas and specialized study. In addition, it includes 4 experiential learning courses
that provide opportunities for further learning and enhancement of transferrable
skills.
The experiential learning courses are a group or self study courses which the students
will undertake on their own and submit the assignments and/or projects during the
semester.

Session: The programs are offered in Fall (September) and Spring (February)

Qualification:
- MBA-Exective : 14 years of education in relevant field with four years of work experience
- 2.0/4 CGPA or 50% marks in the annual system
Test and Score: NTS test score with minimum 50% marks.
